Oxford University Degrees
Oxford University offers a range of degree subjects, which you study as single honour (meaning just that subject) or joint honours (meaning two or more subjects in combination). Oxford offers a wide range of joint courses, giving students the chance to explore different subjects and examine the connections between them. This will often reveal insights not necessarily found by studying them individually.
There tend to be fewer places on Oxford’s joint courses, but this is not always the case. A few subjects are only available as part of a joint course, for example Philosophy or Economics. All of the major popular fields of study are taught including Languages and Literature, Mathematics, Sciences, Law, Philosophy, Economics, and Medicine.
You can find a full list of available degree courses here and listed below alphabetically. It is worth checking that your chosen college offers your chosen degree course, as some of the smaller subjects are only taught at certain colleges.
