Salary range: £36k – £40k

Role overview
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and work across our four consultancy brands, with the main focus on Oxbridge Applications and A-List Education.
Your remit is to drive growth in quality lead generation for those two websites, as well as ecommerce sales and brand visibility. You’ll do that through HubSpot and MailChimp email marketing, search and paid social campaigns (run by an agency), content marketing, and Salesforce workflows.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and in turn, you’ll manage a CRM Specialist and Content/Email Writer.
Main role responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Work with the CRM Specialist on email campaigns, email lists and marketing automation via HubSpot and MailChimp, to acquire and nurture leads
- Plan and develop lead generation strategies
- Liaise with the product and sales teams, eg testing new product functionality on the websites, creating reports in Salesforce, or assisting with workflows or design assets
- Commission, publish and take strategic ownership of website content (web pages, images, videos) on Oxbridge Applications and A-List, to grow traffic and leads
- Work with our performance marketing and dev agencies for best outcomes on paid social and paid search campaigns / website performance
- Build reports and dashboards for internal marketing team purposes
Required experience and skills
The right candidate will demonstrate experience of:
- Email marketing and automation strategies to nurture leads, especially with HubSpot (MailChimp also helpful)
- Building lifecycle workflows, reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Troubleshooting integrations between WooCommerce, WordPress, Stripe, HubSpot and Salesforce
- Developing lead generation tools, especially with Typeform
- Creating display ad and video assets for marketing campaigns
- Using HubSpot and WordPress as a CMS
- Content marketing and SEO work that delivered tangible growth
- Familiarity with tools including GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Zapier and GSC
- A meticulous eye for detail and excellent self-organisation

Start date: Expected to be 21 April 2025.
Location: Hybrid working: 2 days in our central London office and 3 days from home. If you prefer, you’re welcome to work from the office full-time (5 days a week).
Working Schedule: 9am – 5.30pm on Monday – Thursday and 9am – 5pm on Fridays with an hour lunch break.
