Hayley is a Senior Advisor at Dukes Plus. In almost eight years, she has supported over 1000 UK and international students who have gained places at the world’s most selective universities (QS World Top 100). This includes universities in the US, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and more.
Hayley brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge from her prior position as Director of Careers & Higher Education at Cardiff Sixth Form College, the UK’s leading independent school for academic results and university destinations.
Senior Careers Advisor Umut Arslan
Umut is a Senior Careers Advisor at Dukes Plus. He advises students on their university application journeys, leveraging his extensive experience with international applications. He has previously worked with schools in Italy, China, Vietnam, and Turkey as an admissions advisor, essay coach, and portfolio reviewer. Umut also collaborates closely with the Harvard College Admissions Office as an interviewer.
Umut holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Art History from Harvard University, where he also completed a secondary concentration in Psychology and earned a language citation in French.
