This summer school takes place at Dukes Cambridge, our summer school campus in the heart of Cambridge.
English Pathway is designed for students aged 14–17 who want to improve their English skills for academic, social or future study purposes. It’s suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
You’ll develop your reading, writing, speaking and listening skills while also working on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, academic writing, discussions and presentations.
Lessons are practical and interactive. You’ll take part in activities such as debates, interviews, role-plays, article writing and presentations, helping you use English in realistic and meaningful situations.
The course is open to all English levels. You’ll be placed in a class with students of a similar ability so you can learn at the right pace.
You’ll become more confident and fluent in English and learn useful skills like note-taking, essay planning, structuring arguments and delivering presentations — ideal preparation for school, university or future careers.
