Ilya holds an MPhil in Biological Sciences and a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge. He has worked as a supervisor and demonstrator for NatSci at Cambridge.

Ro holds a BA and MSc in Natural Sciences from Cambridge. They specialise in Biology, especially neurobiology and physiology.

Ella is a first-class Experimental Psychology graduate from Oxford, a Senior Consultant and Study Director at Dukes Plus, and a keen tutor.

Senthooran studied Medicine at Cambridge. During his intercalation years, he achieved a Masters in Engineering at Cambridge, pursuing his interests in academic Surgery and Biomedical Engineering. He has tutored Oxbridge applicants for Dukes Plus since 2017.

Amber studied Biochemistry at Oxford. She has successfully prepared many students applying to Oxford for science subjects. During her studies, she completed a laboratory placement at the University of British Columbia, where she investigated how deficiencies in insulin-like peptides affect longevity in Drosophila melanogaster. Her master’s research explored the genetic basis of sexual behaviour in Drosophila, while her optional modules allowed her to specialise further in virology and immunology. After graduating, she spent a year working as a business analyst in London before returning to Oxford in 2019 to begin her PhD. Her doctoral research examines the development and evolution of Drosophila, with a particular focus on gene regulatory networks.

Ana holds a first-class MSc in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. She has tutored Oxbridge applicants for Dukes Plus for five years.

Alison read Mathematics and Philosophy at Oxford. She has worked as a tutor for Dukes Plus since 2012 and is Director of Dukes Plus Consultancy.

Sol holds an MEng from Oxford. He is a qualified tutor and demonstrator at a Russell Group university and has been tutoring for more than six years.

Gbenga graduated from Oxford with a BA in Economics & Management. He tutors Oxbridge applicants who are interested in Economics and related disciplines.

Rey holds a BA in Jurisprudence (Law) from Oxford, where he was President of the Oxford Law Society. He specialises in tutoring Law applicants.

Theo studied Human, Social, and Political Sciences at Cambridge, where he graduated with a starred first. He is Head of Operations at Dukes Plus Consultancy.

Will graduated from Cambridge in 2022 with a degree in Law, where he focused particularly on Public Law and Corporate Law. Before beginning his studies at Cambridge, he received a national award for his performance in Geography at A-level. Since then, Will has worked extensively with both Law and Environment, Law, and Economics applicants, helping students develop distinctive perspectives, stronger arguments, and a confident personal style. He is looking forward to helping Law and Environment, Law, and Economics applicants achieve their offers this application cycle.

Trey holds a first-class BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, as well as an MA with Distinction in Philosophy and Contemporary Critical Theory. He also received the programme’s Outstanding Achievement Award for achieving the highest overall grade. Although Trey has supported applicants across a range of social science subjects, his particular areas of expertise are political philosophy and twentieth-century critical theory. His master’s dissertation examined the concept of freedom in the work of G. W. F. Hegel and Jacques Rancière. Trey began his PhD in October 2024 and is enthusiastic about sharing his passion for the subject with new students.

Natalie graduated from Oxford with a BA in Psychology, Philosophy, and Linguistics. She is a highly experienced Oxbridge tutor for all aspects of the Oxford and Cambridge application process. She has ten years’ experience supporting students in the UK and internationally with university applications, including university and course selection, personal statements and interview preparation. Natalie also specialises in highly personalised, holistic tuition in Psychology and Philosophy across A-Level, IB and AP curricula. Many of her students have special educational needs or mental health conditions that make it difficult for them to engage fully with mainstream schooling, so her support often combines supplementary tuition with tailored full-time homeschooling programmes.

Jonny graduated with a first in Land Economy from Cambridge in July 2020. Whilst at Cambridge, he studied a diverse range of topics, from pure economics to environmental law. He later specialised particularly in urban economics, writing his dissertation on an innovative, fiscally sustainable solution to provide social housing in the UK. Jonny has worked with Dukes Plus for several years, operating as an academic mentor through the Premier Service, as well supporting with personal statements, admissions tests, and interviews.

Georgia graduated with a First in Law from Cambridge in July 2021. Specialising in Contract, Labour, and Sports Law, Georgia is an Oxbridge tutor who has supported many Law applicants with their personal statements, LNAT, and interviews. After Cambridge, Georgia undertook a Masters in International Sports Law in Madrid before working for a London-based Sports, Media, Technology and Entertainment Law Firm.

Tom holds a BA in English from Cambridge. He heads the Consultancy team at Dukes Plus and advises hundreds of families on Oxbridge applications every year.

Emily read French and Spanish at Cambridge. She has worked as a tutor for ten years, supporting Oxbridge applicants for Modern Languages.

Carolina holds a BA in Modern Languages from Oxford, where she studied German and Italian. She has worked with Dukes Plus since 2018.

Alicia has mentored Oxbridge applicants for English since 2012. She has an outstanding success rate and takes a handful of select applicants each year. She graduated with a double-first from Oxford, and also achieved a Distinction from KCL in her Master’s degree on Jacobean Literature. Alicia has tutored applicants on topics varying from Old English literature to Lord Byron and Victorian elegies, among many other areas. She has written for the Telegraph and been featured in the Times and other publications.

Moritz graduated from Cambridge with a starred first in Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic (ASNAC). He specialises in tutoring applicants for ASNAC, though he also conducts mock interviews in a wide array of subjects in the humanities. After Cambridge, Moritz completed an MA in Horn Performance and a law conversion course. He was awarded the Queen Mother GDL Scholarship and The Queen’s Scholarship through the The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple to support his legal studies. He intends to pursue a career as a barrister.

Rhys graduated from Oxford with a first-class degree in Spanish and Linguistics. He is a professional tutor specialising in Oxbridge admissions and Spanish. He has tutored for Dukes Plus since 2012. He also has academic interests in Old Norse and Modern Icelandic.

Will graduated from Oxford in 2021 with a degree in Modern Languages (German). He specialises in modern literature in German, including Kafka, the literature of the GDR, and first- and second-generation literary accounts of the Holoucaust. Will also has a wide knowledge of German medieval literature. Will takes a personable and engaging style of tutoring when working with Oxbridge applicants. He has conducted mock interviews for German, other modern languages, and humanities subjects. Since leaving Oxford, he has also studied on a law conversion course in London.

Alex graduated from Cambridge in 2016 with a degree in Chinese Studies. She has since achieved a first in her MSc in Chinese Society and Culture. Alex has been tutoring since the beginning of her degree in 2012 and enjoys developing the skills and confidence of all the Oxbridge applicants with whom she works.

Lucy read Classics at Cambridge. She has worked for Dukes Plus since 2019, tutoring applicants for Classics at Oxford and Cambridge.

Oz graduated with a first-class BA in Ancient and Modern History from Oxford. He has mentored and tutored applicants for History, Classics, and other humanities.

Ed has a first-class degree in History of Art from Cambridge. He is a qualified teacher and has taught and tutored History and History of Art extensively.

Ned graduated from the University of Oxford in 2021 with a degree in History. Since joining Dukes Plus in 2023, Ned has tutored many students through the admissions process for History and related subjects. During his studies, he specialised in modern American and Indian history, with a particular interest in how literature surrounding the Partition of India can help societies process collective trauma. His academic achievements were recognised with prizes from the Royal Economic and Social History Society, alongside his college’s Principal’s Prize and an Exhibition in History. He achieved first-class results across a broad range of papers, covering subjects such as neoliberalism and postmodernism, as well as the Spanish conquest and colonisation of Latin America. Ned concluded his undergraduate studies by presenting a paper at the University of Warwick’s *Margins to Centre* conference. His presentation examined how Bapsi Sidhwa’s novel *Cracking India* explores and processes the trauma of Partition in South Asia.

Sam has undergraduate and masters degrees in Modern History from Oxford, and also qualified as a lawyer before returning to History. As well as tutoring for admissions tests in History, Law, and Classics, Sam prepares applicants for interview and is a mentor with the Premier Service. He is especially interested in the history of late antiquity and the fall of Rome, but enjoys discussing and encouraging any historical passion.

GP graduated from Oxford with a DPhil in Classical Archaeology at Merton College. At Oxford he taught a variety of Classics and Archaeology papers covering both the Greek and Roman world. His specialisms include the politics, culture, and religion of antiquity. He is personally familiar with the entire admissions process, having interviewd at Oxford. Before Oxford, he obtained a BA in Classical Archaeology and a MA in Classics from the University of Rome II.
