Events & School Partnerships Manager – The Career Portal (Dukes Plus Consultancy)

Location: Central London, Victoria (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Events & School Partnerships Manager to join The Career Portal team within Dukes Plus Consultancy.

This varied and fast-paced role combines partnership management, event delivery, and business growth across our school network. You will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with schools, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality courses and events, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will take ownership of both the client journey and operational delivery, from building long-term partnerships to delivering impactful programmes that support student success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated by delivering excellent outcomes for schools and students.
