The ACT is a standardised test used for college admissions in the United States. It assesses a student’s readiness for university-level work and plays a key role in the admissions process for many US universities.

The ACT consists of sections in English, Mathematics, and Reading, with optional Science and Writing sections. Each section is scored individually, with a composite score ranging from 1 to 36. Note that the ACT is undergoing changes to its structure.

Preparation time varies depending on the student’s starting point and target score. We recommend spending at least 3-6 months on focused ACT preparation if you’re aiming for a score of 32+, especially if you’re applying for competitive universities.
