Our Career Preparation Summer School
For curious minds aged 12-14: get inspired for your career on this immersive two-week summer programme.
Students will explore a range of competitive and desirable careers, from medical sciences and engineering to finance and technology. Through immersive career simulations and workshops led by industry professionals, they will learn what each career involves, the skills required, and which pathway might suit them best.
Each day, students will have the opportunity to experience life on the historic Dulwich College campus, visit University College London, and explore top London sites.

Yes, accommodation is optional and can be booked at checkout. Students attending our career preparation summer school can choose to stay in comfortable, fully supervised accommodation at Dulwich College in London, with a choice of a shared room or a single room with ensuite available.
Absolutely. Our career preparation summer school welcomes international students aged 12–14, providing a friendly, inclusive environment alongside optional English language learning to help everyone feel confident and supported during their time in London.
Students will require an English language level of at least B1 to take part in the programme. There are separate pathways for those with a B1 level and those with a B2+ level / native speakers, to ensure everyone gets the most out of the course.
The career preparation summer school covers four exciting career pathways for ages 12–14: medicine, engineering, finance and technology. Students explore each industry through hands-on activities, workshops and sessions led by professionals.
The summer school is hosted at Dulwich College in south London, a historic and prestigious boarding school with excellent facilities and easy access to the city’s universities and cultural attractions.
Students will take part in expert-led workshops, interactive career simulations, English language learning, cultural visits and two days at University College London (UCL). Activities include learning CPR, creating and launching a rocket, developing an investment portfolio, and programming a robot.
