How Does It Work?

You’ll begin your AIM process with a consultation with our Academic Director Charlotte McKechnie, who will create a list of goals for you based on recommended improvements. Then you’ll be expertly matched with your mentor, who will share your academic interests.

During the start of mentoring, you’ll have frequent meetings with your mentor.

As you become more empowered and independent, you and your mentor will meet once a week as a check-in and for continued support.
