Alison has over ten years’ experience supporting students through the Oxbridge application process. During that time, she has personally guided hundreds of successful applicants and delivered advice and presentations to thousands more.
A graduate of Pembroke College, Oxford, with a degree in Maths and Philosophy, she works primarily with STEM applicants, helping them navigate an admissions landscape that has become significantly more competitive – with applicant numbers for many courses rising by around 50% over the past decade.
Committed to widening access to higher education and helping students develop confidence in their academic identity, Alison is currently supporting her 13th cohort of university applicants. She has previously led teams at Oxbridge Applications and A-List Education, and now serves as Director of Dukes Plus Consultancy.
Her academic interests include formal logic, the philosophy of mathematics, and abstract algebra. Alison also holds an MBA and is an Independent Governor at her former college.
