Public university applications are usually processed via UNEDasiss and the Spanish regional admissions systems, while private universities and business schools operate their own portals. We provide hands-on support for each platform, making sure your applications are completed on time and to a high standard.
Some Spanish universities – particularly private institutions and selective business schools – place emphasis on personal essays, motivation letters, and interviews. We provide one-to-one coaching to help you showcase your strengths and ambitions with clarity and confidence.

How do you apply to study in Spain?
The application process for Spanish universities depends on whether you are applying to a public or private institution. Admission to most public universities is coordinated through UNEDasiss, which validates international qualifications and issues accreditation so you can apply on equal terms with Spanish students.
In contrast, private universities and business schools – such as IE University or ESADE – manage their own admissions directly through their own application portals. You’ll usually need to submit transcripts, proof of language ability in Spanish or English, and sometimes additional requirements like motivation letters, entrance exams, or interviews.
